2. Mould: epoxy resin mold or ABS mold.
3. Injection:RIM,the material is PU resin AXSON 875/900 - RIM, HD - RIM4210/1100
4. Post-processing: sand blasting, spray paint.
5. Inspection: tooling fixture, three coordinate measuring.
6. Precision control

Prototype parts: main location hole / 1000 mm + / - 0.3 mm, general installation hole / 1000 mm + / - 0.5 mm,

other size + / - 1.0 mm / 1000 mm.
Note type: the main location hole / 1000 mm + / - 0.5 mm, general installation hole / 1000 mm + / - 0.8 mm,

other size + / - 1.5 mm / 1000 mm.
